Highland Cattle
Hailing from the Scottish Highlands, Highland Cattle are known for being hardy, longhaired cattle with both genders having horns. Their beautiful long coats can range in color from a tannish red to silver and brindle. They are popular in the beef industry because they have lower cholesterol than typical beef breeds but are often used as pets on hobby farms. Highlands are highly intelligent and are great for land clearing since they can eat 150lbs of grass a day.
